Chunk file damaged during save

Driver & HotFix, 7.5.14


Doing an immediate or script backup of this server (from the server itself), I'm unable to backup C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\retrospect. It was working just recently but started displaying the error: Scanning incomplete, error -645 (chunk file damaged during save). I've tried rebuilding the catalog, and creating a new backup set.


All other backups on the server (backing up other devices) are working properly. I'm able to backup this server from a different Retrospect server (which includes the retrospect application data directory).
