Pen
My Retrospect Express (5.0.latest) does not recognize my CD-ROM drive under System 9.2.latest. It's built into my iMac.
RonaldL
What does it show under Configure>Devices as well as under the Device Status button?
Pen
Under Configure>Devices I get: "No backup devices found. All devices must be connected and powered on before launching Retrospect. Removable cartridges... must be mounted on the desktop." (... of course if I try to mount my Retrospect-format CD it doesn't show up on the desktop, I get a dialog box asksing if I want to toast or initialize it..) For Device Status I get nothing. Pen
I couldn't get Apple's System Profiiler to reveal anything, however, Toast said it was: MatshitaCD-RW CW-7121
