docfxit
1. I don't know if this is the correct forum. I'm running Retrospect Desktop ver. 9.5.2.103. Please let me know if it's not. 2. My hard drive got corrupted. The hard drive is fine now. Retrospect isn't. I have lots of *.rbf files in a recovered folder in Win7. I have some *.rbc files in a folder that is correct for the Retrospect Catalog files. When I open Retrospect how can I figure out where Retrospect expects the *rbf files to be? I can't figure out how to see the folder they should be stored in. After I put the *.rbf files into the correct folder I'm guessing I need to rebuild the catalogs. How do I do that? Please list the steps I need to take to get Retrospect back up and running correctly. Thank you, Docfxit
Lennart_T
rbf files are not Retrospect files. http://filext.com/file-extension/RBF Now, what is really the problem with Retrospect? What are the symptoms? Any error messages?
