Frank_zep
I installed Retrospect 7.6.123 on Windows SBS 2011 Essentials. The scripts do not start automatically, if not I log in and start the program manually. Do I have to do some setting from automatic scripts to back up? thanks
Lennart_T
I think you have to be logged in, but you shouldn't have to start the program manually.
Mayoff
7.6 is unsupported on SBS 2011 due to a bug that prevents a valid backup of Active Directory. Are you sure Retrospect is not autolaunching? You can not see it because it runs under the System Account. Check the task manager for Retrospect running under the system account. Frank_zep
I did some tests In the operating system I have changed the rules for access to programs so that Retrospect 7.6 starts without consent. The first script provided after the machine boots, runs regularly and is properly executed. Instead, the next scheduled script starts but gets stuck freezing Retrospect to which I can no longer access. But if I reboot the machine runs only the first regular backup script and then the next time it still crashes. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much for the help.
