Guest ddixon
Just applied the Retrospect 7.7.533 update for Windows to a 32-bit Windows 7 Enterprise and tried to backup a 32-bit Windows 7 Enterprise client computer running Retrospect Client 7.7.114 and I am getting a execution error on a normal backup that worked on the previous version of 7.7. The error is "Can't backup WMI Repository error 127849332 (unknown)". The error number seems to vary bit as each time that I tried to backup this computer this number is different. I tried to forget the client and add it back it and that did not work. Any help would be appreciated.
aaronpriest
Unless you need .533 for Exchange 2010, I'd step back to .341. I had a lot of errors like that with .533, and clients that would hang and never finish. I have one server that needs .533 for Exchange 2010, but all the rest I took back to .341 in the meantime. Many errors disappeared.
Mayoff
Yes, that sounds like one of the known bugs in the latest version. Engineering has fixed it and we will get a release out within the month.
