No, I have Exchange agent.....but open-file agent also. But as I know databases cant be backed up with open-files agents, databases must maintain consistency. natew Posted November 3, 2005 Report Share Posted November 3, 2005 Hi The Exchange agent uses Microsoft APIs to back up the databases.
