Stefa
My Pioneer DVR-108D died yesterday and was replaced by agent with a PIODATA DVR-108DX which is apparantly a new separated company of PIONEER. Problem is: Retrospect has no driver for this - even though it is mechanically identical to the PIONEER DVR-108D. The configure device also did not allow me to configure it. Is there anything I can do? I even thought of flashing it with the Pioneer 108D firmware, but all the flashers I came across only supports PIONEER and not PIODATA!!!!!!!!! ANY help will be appreciated! Stef
MikeHutch
I know this aint gonna be much use to you, but you could try using a different drive that is 100% compatible with Retrospect - Dantz does have a compatibility listing on their web site... http://www.dantz.com/en/support/compatibility_list_all.dtml There is also a guide to using the Config (Retro Mac v5.1) window on Dantz's site: http://kb.dantz.com/al/12/1/1023.html Don't know if that is much help to you, but that's my 2cents worth!
