rfinney Posted April 28, 2002 Report Share Posted April 28, 2002 I am uisng the latest version of Retrospect Express under XP Professional. I am backing up to an external 2.0 USB hard drive. I have no problem with backing up or restoring. But after a restore, when I try to quit the program, the program will not close and my hard drive keeps working. At times I can do a partial shut down and then have to do a hard reboot. This happens every time after doing a restore operation and at other times when I try to quit the program. Any solutions? TIA. So I guess I will have to live with Express's annoying behavior for now. At least I do not have to restore that often - and maybe there will be a fix down the road.
