Cannot open restored folder. Access denied.

I'm a new Retrospect 6.5 user. I've been doing backups for several weeks and now need to restore a folder. I follow the directions in the manual and in the knowledgebase and the restored folder cannot be opened. The message is "... not accessible. Access is denied." This folder also cannot be deleted. I'm sure this is a common newbie problem, but I cannot find the answer in the knowledgebase or the forum. Thanks for your help.

 

Restoring to:

Dell Latitude X200 laptop

WinXP Pro

Drive partition D:

 

Restoring from:

Dell Dimension XPS R450

Win98SE

over network from shared HD D:
