Ultra Graphics
I'm new to Retrospect and cannot get my scripts to complete a backup. I'm on Retrospect 6. Backup computer is operating on Mac OS 9.2.2 and all clients are on Mac OS X Panther. I've set up the scripts to backup a hot folder on each client's computer to one partition of a removable hard drive. I have verified the scripts and checked the media with Retrospect and it sees no problems. However, when I run a script by manual execution, it scans the files on the client's machine and then freezes the backup computer before copying any files. I would appreciate any troubleshooting ideas/solutions anyone could offer. Thanks!
natew
Hi If your backup machine is running os9 it means you are running Retrospect 5.1. Try booting with base extensions + Retrospect and see if you have better results. You can also try allocating more memory to Retrospect. Thanks Nate
