When looking under the incompatible cards you see "PowerDomain 29160 Sony AIT tape drives and libraries incompatible" next to each other. On the incompatible devices the device is not shown. Does this mean only when used in this combination they're incompatible, or does this refer to all Sony AIT drives. Really what I'm asking is, is my SDX-D500C compatible? IrenaS Posted May 1, 2002 Report Share Posted May 1, 2002 Your drive is compatible as long as you're connecting it to a supported card (the 29160 card is no longer on our compatibility list at all), and as long as the card you choose has the same pin configuration as the drive.
