Can't access new client to backup

I've been running Pro6.5 for a while without a problem. Now I have added a new computer to the workgroup (5-client license and 2-client license, 4 clients used) WinnXP-Pro on the new client

 

All windows clients are 6.5.136

All OS X Clients are 5.1.109

 

I canot "see" the new 6.5.136 client when I try to add new client by:

From the navigation bar, click Configure> Clients

Then click ADD

The "Live Network" shows two available clients, neither is the one I want...

 

If I click on TEST and enter the IP address, I can see the client is installed and can see teh computer name. Is there a setting I need to alter in the network settings to allow access??

-I have already tried to allow Retrospect access via Firewall settings on XP client.

 

-I have already run the script to set access priv's, but it hasn't provided access.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
