scottdog129
I have a script that is supposed to run at 12:00am each weekday. I have noticed that the script will not run on its own. Once I go into the Retrospect program, the script starts. What have I done wrong? Scott T.
jayoungp
I am also having this problem. It did work. I think it stopped when I changed the name of the account used by the retrospect service. The scripts do not run unless you log on and start Retrospect. As soon as you start Retrospect, the scheduled backups run. I need it to run whether or not I'm logged on.
natew
Hi What version of Retrospect do you have? I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher service: Open the retrospect preferences and untick the "enable Retrospect Launcher service" box. Then restart the machine and re-enable that setting. Thanks Nate
