brad@node
I have retrospect 6.5 on windows 2003 server. I have a mixture or window 9x - xp workstations. Besides the occasional 9x client dropping below the threshold requirements everything works great... About a month ago we upgraded to retrospect version 6.5.350, and moved the clients to 6.5.136. Ever since the upgrade, we are unable to authenticate with the nt clients. I've tried reinstalling the clients and all the other normal troubleshooting techniques. Every other operating system type works fine. We specify the password during install, and when adding the client, it appears the password we've entered is incorrect. I've tried this personally on 10 different machines, multiple times, the chances of me getting the passwords wrong that many times...is very unprobable
natew
Hi Have you tried uninstalling the client, rebooting and reinstalling the earlier version? You may even want to go back to the 6.0 version of the Retrospect client. Thanks nate
