msmolow
I have Retrospect 6.5 and am using a Panasonic LF-D321 DVD-RAM. Backup is fine until my data base exceeded 4.7 Gigs. Retrospect asks me to insert a second disk. When I chose it from the list and click OK, it won't continue. Any suggestions? Thanks
natew
Hi Is the disk formatted as UDF? Did another program try to "grab" the disk when it was inserted? Make sure you have told Retrospect to ignore the ID of the DVD ram drive in the configure->devices->environment window. Thanks Nate
