piper210193
I'm not sure whether there's a conflict happening but on everyone's mac in the office some files are not being backed up. Sometimes up to 2 GB! Any suggestions?

pgt
Hi All, My first post (well almost I originalyy sent this to the Windows (Dark) side), although not my first problem with Retospect. Most problems I've managed to solve before. But this time I'm stumped. Right. I click restore, select files and folders, go through which backup set, where to restore to, then go to the file matching dialog box. R. comes back with say 677 matching, I deselect all the chosen files, then go in and select a few folders worth of files, check them say it says restoring 35 files. When I go to restore yes do the restore now. The finished dialog box comes back with 35 files restored almost immediately. But R. has done nothing. This is the first time I've encountered this. natew
Hi When you select files for restore do they have an asterisk by the name? That means they are stored on a member that is marked as missing and cannot be restored. Thanks Nate
