kevinmorrrison Posted July 23, 2004 Report Share Posted July 23, 2004 Hi - I have just purchased a Maxtor one touch storage device - I have created a partition and have installed retrospect 6. However when I run the one touch program I get the message "Cant create folder at H:\Retrospect Backup\, error 1001 (unknown Windows OS error)" Can anyone please direct me where to look to fix this, is it something I have done wrong in windows? or is it a retrospect issue?
