bskev
I have been receiving this error regularly when a newly installed Mac is being "duplicated" to my server hard drives. Has anyone else had this problem? Here is my setup: Retrospect 5.15 installed on a Windows 2000 server. Several Mac's and PC's are backed up nightly over a LAN. Mac's are running 4.3 clients. All Mac OS's are 9.1, except the newly installed unit, which is 9.2.2. I am able to get a full duplicate by repeatedly restarting the Retrospect server software after receiving this error. Eventually, all files are backed up. This defeats the purpose of automated backups, of course. Any thoughts would be appreciated! IrenaS
Have you gone through any assert troubleshooting described in the Knowledgebase? What are the results? http://www.dantz.com/index.php3?SCREEN=knowledgebase_article&id=
IrenaS
In addition, 5.15 has never been tested on Windows 2000 server. For full compatibility, you should update to the most recent version, 5.6.
