Error-556

Hi, We use Retrospect Pro to back up files from 2 PCs. We sometimes see this following error and the backup fails.

 

 

 

-556 backup client: network interface unavailable

 

 

 

After the backup fails, we have to go to configure/Clients/Properties/ and refresh the status.

 

 

 

The PC with client program intalled is always on and there was no power outage or network problem. Can someone explain to me how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
