AdamHelpSBS
I am experiencing problems I am experiencing problems when using Retrospect 6.5 with a Seagate Travan 40 drive on windows 2000. The problem is that every time Retrospect is started the drive disables and the media viewer in Retrospect says that the drive is not recognized. If you enable the drive by reloading the software while Retrospect is running the drive is recognized, but still remains unusable. I have installed the latest updates available from Dantz, but it did not help anything. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Adam
natew
Hi Make sure to install the latest drivers from seagate. If that fails try installing ASPI using the ASPIINST.exe file located in the Retrospect program folder. Thanks Nate
