Bradley R.
Question: We are trying to use retrospect to backup information on our network. The information is stored in hidden shares. We are currently using the free download trial to see if we wish to purchase the software but we can't get it to backup the information. The only drive retrospect will notice is the harddrive (C:). Just wondering if the trial version is our problem or if it is the hidden shares aspect. The drive containing them is mapped while trying to back them up. ~Bradley
natew
Hi It sounds like you are trying to backup via windows filesharing? The Retrospect client application should give you full access to all the drives on the network machine. Thanks Nate
