mouloud Posted May 5, 2004 Report Share Posted May 5, 2004 Hi, My Config : Retrospect Backup 5.1.175 Mac OS X Server 10.2.8 PowerMac G4 2x1.25GO with Philips CDD5301 CD burner When I try to burn a CD, it gave me an error 100. I try with 3 different media : - verbatim CD-R - Imation CD-R - Yamaha CD-RW If try to create a new driver, it take 2 CD, and tells me : "Retrospect was unable to configure this drive with the inserted CD-R media" My CD burner works perfectly with other software. natew Posted May 21, 2004 Report Share Posted May 21, 2004 Hi This drive is natively supported in Retrospect 5.1. You do not need to run the configuration utility.
