We have an external hard disk that is used for backups and setup into two volumes. We rotate backups on each volume every other week. We have been getting the following error this week. What does that mean, how does one fix it without destroying our backup histories. I dont recall creating that many snapshots, so what is the significance of this and the value of the actual limit ? natew Posted April 26, 2004 Report Share Posted April 26, 2004 Hi Does this happen with both sets? You may want to try rebuilding the catalog file from the tools menu in Retrospect.
