jjhendri2266
I have a problem, installed Retrospect 6.5 and have a NEC2500A DVD Burner installed. I get an error from Retrospect indicating that "Retrospect does not have full access privileges/rights to the cd/dvd". It then shuts down, I cannot configure the DVD burner to be used with Retrospect. How do I resolve. The firmware version of the NEC2500 is 1.
natew
Hi This probably means another disc burning program has locked the drive so Retrospect can't get to it. What version of windows is this. What other burning programs do you use? Nate
jjhendri2266
I'm using WINXP Pro and have Nero installed on the system. I had uninstalled Nero and InCD but still got the same error.
