coot
Hi all, got a problem on my G3 - here is the message I get when I try to quit retrospect: "Can't access volume "our share on server", error - 5602 (unknown). I can connect to this share fine, I can copy, paste create new files etc on this share. What problem does retrospect have with it? Thanks in advance
coot
please, there has to be somebody out there that has seen this message? If I dismount the volume and quit retrospect - i get the volume offline message (as i rightly should). I f I then mount my volume again and quit retospect i get the message as in my original post - does anyone know what this error means? All other volumes on the same server backup fine - its just this one volume that has the problem.
natew
Hi Try forgetting the share from the Retrospect volumes database and then re-adding it. If you run a test install of Retrospect on another machine do you have the same problem? Nate
