natew Posted March 23, 2004 Report Share Posted March 23, 2004 Hi The 1020 errors are caused by files that are in use. The users manual has more details. Since all of the computers gave the same 556 error you may want to try troubleshooting the Wireless connection on the backup machine first. Try an uninstall/reinstall of the network drivers and see if that helps. If you are using Retrospect professional you cannot backup multiple subnets.
