cantalop
OS X 10.2.8, when we turn on retrospect client 5.0, client becomes visible. Restart machine and Whoa Boy! It's turned off... Any ideas? A forum search didn't provide any help.
AmyJ
Is the client located any place other then the default location (Applications/Retrospect Client/)? In the StartupItems folder (/Library/StartupItems/RetroClient/) is a unix shell script that's hard coded with the path to the Retrospect Client's default location. If you want the client to be kept somewhere else you can edit the shell script to reflect your custom location.
cantalop
Yea, the two files you are talking about are where you said they should be. Any other ideas?
natew
Hi I would uninstall the 5.0 client using the uninstall application, reboot the machine and then reinstall with the 5.1.109 client available here It is backwards compatible with Retrospect 5.0.
