j090733 Posted March 3, 2004 Report Share Posted March 3, 2004 using retrospect (Retrospect Desktop MAC 5.1) and mac OS-9.2.2. Have been using retro. since 1988. This is first time with ANY errors. During b/u I get; Error: Scaning incomplete, error -120 (folder not Found) I check the log file and it does not tell me which folder. Any suggestions would be welcome. natew Posted March 5, 2004 Report Share Posted March 5, 2004 Hi I would bet this is bad file or folder name located in a user folder somewhere. The only way to find it is to define folders as subvolumes and back them up one by one until you can narrow down the culprit. Running disk utilities may help as well.
