Roblaird
Have Retrospect WIN 6.5.276. I locate txtsetup.sif in C:\windows\I386. Double click on txtsetup.sif and wizard takes me back to screen "Where is your Windows installation software?" But screen shows location as C:\windows\I386. It does not show txtsetup.sif as part of the location. The rest of the wizard works OK, but I can't tell if txtsetup.sif is part of the location of the windows installation software in the building of the CD image ISO file. My operating system is XP Professional. Should the Wizard show the location as C:\Windows\I386\txtsetup.sif ?
natew
Hi Txsetup.sif is a windows setup/configuration file used by Retrospect to create the disaster recovery disk image. If Retrospect can't find that file the DR wizard will not proceed. In other words - it is working as expected. Nate
