markuswarren
I have Multi-Server 6.0 and backup PC clients, but more importantly have to backup our macintosh development machines, the current client version is 5.0.540 and it has a few install and autolaunch problems with Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) With the advent of Retrospect 6.0 for Macintosh, is there going to be an update to the macintosh client for Windows Multi-Server users, or is there already one, but only for 6.5 userS? natew
Hi Retrospect 6.5 (windows) is compatible with the newest 6.0 mac client. Unfortunately I don't know for sure about the Retrospect 6.0 for windows. I'll see what I can find out. Nate
markuswarren
Thanks, if we have to upgrade, then so be it, it's not a major problem, but if we don't it'll make the bean counters happy.
natew
Hi, I believe the 5.1 client works although Dantz has not tested it. The 6.0 mac client probably will not work with Windows 6.0. In either case we haven't tested them so it is hard to say for sure. Nate
