exel2000 Posted January 28, 2004 Report Share Posted January 28, 2004 My Proactive scripts don't seem to run consistently anymore. I saw older posts on this but couldn't find a solution. My proactive scripts are backing up to a local hard drive. There is plenty of disk space and no error messages. It just refuses to run whether I start it manually, restart Retrospect, or even reboot the server. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you! -Samuel R. What I had to do is menu -> run -> stop proactive backup Close Restrospect Open Retrospect side menu -> preferences - > startup -> uncheck both options there Close Retrospect Open Retrospect side menu -> preferences - > startup -> check both options there Close Retrospect Open Retrospect menu -> run -> start proactive backup At least that's what I think I did Also, you should check the proactive tab under Activity Monitor.
