abbyin3d
Hi. I just got an Ezquest Boa DVD-R burner, and Retrospect doesn't see the drive. It sees some write-protected CD drive, but not the DVD burner. I don't know if I am missing a driver, or if I have some configuration problem. If I try to configure the device it sees, the necessary buttons are ghosted. Thanks in advance.
natew
Hi What Version of Retrospect do you have? What driver update version are you using? Thanks nate
abbyin3d
I'm using Express 5.0, and I've tried both the 5.0 and the 5.1 driver updates.
natew
Hi Can you give some more details about your device and OS? Chances are this device is too new to be supported in Retrospect 5.0. Have you tried downloading the trial version of Retrospect 5.1? That has an autoconfiguration utility that could help. Nate
