StephenOrd
Hi, I've had to rebuild a machine at work and accidentally used the wrong Retrospect 6.0 license key. The option to delete it is greyed out and if I try and put in the correct license key it won't accept it as it offers no extra features over the current license (or words to that effect!). I've tried a deinstall and reinstall but it still picks up the wrong key. How can I force Retrospect to ask for the license code again, so I can enter the correct key for that machine? natew
Hi Unfortunately you are going to have to remove your old settings files to get the new code to take. The files are stored in: c:\documents and settings\all users\application data(hidden)\retrospect You can get rid of the whole folder or just the preference files config60.dat and config60.bak Nate
StephenOrd
Brilliant, deleted the two config60 files and it all worked a treat! We're all legal again. Thanks!
