natew Posted December 15, 2003 Report Share Posted December 15, 2003 Hi Disk is the best because it breaks the data into smaller pieces rather than a single giant file. In the event that your USB disk goes bad it will be much easier to recover data off of the disk. Disk backup sets also allow you to archive the data to CDs or other media more easily.
