gwcrim Posted December 9, 2003 Report Share Posted December 9, 2003 I was finally able to configure the drive by uninstalling all of the programs that write to the DVD. When I tried to backup using the same DVD that was in the drive during configuration, Retrospect saw the DVD as unknown and asked for another DVD. gwcrim Posted December 11, 2003 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2003 No. No disks work to accept data from Retrospect. The indication is simply status unkown for each DVD. This is a 4x drive.
