tamtammy
Yesterday I partitioned my Maxtor One-Touch external drive (with Partition Magic), but made no other changes to my main partition, Drive E:, the drive that contains my Retrospect Express backups. Today I tried to do a One-Touch incremental to E: and got the error 1102 message (drive missing or unavailable). All appears well on E:; I can see and open my previous backups, and as I say, I made no changes on this drive except to partition some of the unused space into other drives. I am assuming, however, that the partitioning messed things up in some way. Advice? Thanks. t.
natew
Hi you are correct in your assumption. To fix it open up the maxtor one touch script in Retrospect and re-select the destination folder. You will have to create a sub-volume on the E drive to do so.
