phatmocca
hi Nate, My problem looks similar but not the same. I am backing up multiple locations with my particular script, including files on my mail server, the mail store itself - and a couple of induvidual mailboxes. I have not upgraded to 6.5.366 and will do that now. But here is my error log for these mailboxes... 11/24/2003 9:26:31 AM: Copying Matt Tilley on retro 11/24/2003 9:26:31 AM: Connected to retro T-9: TMapiConnectionTMapiConnection: Unable to use profile, win error 0x81002746 Retrospect error code error -3402 (unknown) Reported by function kMsg_DirScan Access to mailboxes from the specified account has failed. BTW - I don't know if this was a 'feature' of 6.5.??? but it is as slow as molasses and my system keeps stalling and i have to refresh every minute when using retrospect through the GUI? natew
Hi Make sure the user that you have retrospect running as (and logging into the exchange server as) has a valid mailbox with at least one message in it. What version of Exchange do you have? You may want to try forgetting the exchange client and then logging it back in again. Nate
