The tapes i am trying to use were previously used by Windows 2000 NT BAckup system, and now Retrospect cannot read them. I get an error saying "content Unrecognizable". natew Posted November 25, 2003 Report Share Posted November 25, 2003 Hi You can erase tapes in the Configure->devices window in Retrospect.
