matttjohnson
Every day I get this error: "Script failed during automatic execution, error –3405 (unknown). Please launch Retrospect and check logs for details." When I open up retrospect and look at the logs, it looks like the job completed, but with a couple of file errors (which arn't a big deal, just some files that were likely in use at the time). Now, if this is all it's talking about fine, but if I don't get on the server and click okay to the error dialog, Retrospect will get flustered the next time it tries to run and ttally fail... which is sorta annoying. Is there a way to get it be to be less verbose aobut this? Or to just ru ndespite the message? Or is this an actual problem that I'm just not seeing in the logs? Any ideas? natew
Hi Can you post some more info about your OS, Retrospect version and the volumes being backed up? You can turn of notification in the Retrospect preferences under "notification". Uncheck the "notify for failures and media" box Nate
matttjohnson
Sorry. I'm using Retrospect 6.5 on Windows 2000 server. All the drives beign backed up are on Windows 2000 machines. There is 1 Exchange server and 2 SQL servers being backed up as well. I'll try the no-notification option and see how that goes, thanks.
