BHoneycutt Posted October 22, 2003 Report Share Posted October 22, 2003 I'm attempting to backup a Windows 2000 system with all the latest patches and updates. I can create a script and then run it. As soon as it starts, Dantz Pro exits and creates an error file. I've uninstalled and reinstalled without effect. The assert log indicates: OS: Windows 2000 version 5.0 (build 2195), Service Pack 4 Application: C:\Program Files\Dantz\Retrospect\Retrospect.exe, version 6.5.319 Exception occurred on 10/21/2003 at 11:20:34 AM Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION Fault address: 6355E79A 0001:0005D79A PCVLDRVR.DLL There's very little to go on here.
