tlemons Posted October 17, 2003 Report Share Posted October 17, 2003 Hi I need to make sure that my client's tape library (ADIC Scalar 218 with Quantum 4000 tape drive) is supported before I recommend Retrospect to them. That library isn't on the Restrospect HCL. How can I make sure, or at least get a warm-and-fuzzy, before going to the customer site?
