jmay6
Does anyone have any idea how to decrease the idle/loading/preparing time when a script executes? I currently have a script that backs-up 250,000 files, 7.1GB or so, and it's taking an hour of idle/loading/preparing time each time it executes. It also takes a while to initially scan the files, but I think that part is at least understandable. I'm not using data compression, nor catalog compression. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks! - John May
Mayoff
Are you using Retrospect for Windows or Macintosh? Which version is it? Is the source a workstation or a server operating system?
