source Posted September 23, 2003 Report Share Posted September 23, 2003 Hi, We have Retrospect 5 running on an OS 9.1 G3 mac and is backing up 6 clients. 4 OSX & 2 OS9 clients. Only one of the OSX clients is having a problem. During some days the client software turns itself off without any user intervention (about 50% of the time). natew Posted September 24, 2003 Report Share Posted September 24, 2003 Hi My guess is the problem client is either not running client version 5.0.540 or it has some old flies left over from a previous install.
