bergloui
Using Retrospect Desktop 5.1, all is fine on a G3 using 9.1. However, I am not able to disable the feedback sound played when Retrospect kicks in or finish a job. I tried also switching to another sound and it does not work. By default, it used the Mac standard beep. since the machine is programmed to do automatic backup, if I forget to have the sound at zero level, it is annoying. natew
Hi I must say this is a new one... The only thing you can do from a Retrospect perspective is try new preferences. It is best to move the Retrospect preferences folder to another disk so you can get your scripts back if this doesn't work. If you upgraded from an older version of Retrospect make sure you remove them too. Nate
