gjain
We're planning to upgrade our servers, including the servers being backed up by Retrospect and where Retrospect 6.0 Multi_Server is installed, to MS Windows Server 2003 (Std. Ed.) from Windows NT 4.0 Server. Before we go through this exercise, we would like to confirm that the upgrade would not pose any problems or issues in the backup operations on the server and the clients. Let us know if we need to be aware of anything. Thanks, KMC, Inc.
natew
Hi there, My understanding is that you will need Retrospect 6.5 in order to backup Windows 2003. I suggest giving the Dantz customer service group a call to find out for sure.
