increment
I want to script some things in Retrospect. Actually I want to script a LOT of things in retrospect. But, as far as I can tell, there is no support for external scripts that actually TELL retrospect to do something. You can have a script react to events and call external applications etc., but there isn't any way to TELL retrospect that, if this particular script fails, Don't run this script. Or stop all executions until further notice. Or, say, remotely run a script that tells Retrospect to do an imediate backup of a certain client. Am I correct in assuming there is no way of telling retrospect what to do in a script?
natew
Hi Yes that is the way it is for the moment. You can juggle execution units within retrospect for a greater degree of control. That is about it. Nate
