Upgrade not recognizing extra clients

Here's my problemo...

 

The company I work for purchased an upgrade of Retrospect from 4.3 --> 5.0 the other day. I downloaded the software (disc will be following in mail). I installed it on a computer running OS 9.1.

 

It is only recognizing 2 clients. We purchased an 3 client upgrades, but it's not recognizing them and the old #'s I have (from 4.3) are not valid with this upgrade (according to retrospect).

 

What should I do? Do I need to get new codes from Dantz? Since they're (Dantz) moving today and it's a long weekend here I'm hoping to be able to back everyone up tonight without shuffling too many files around.
