michelle217
Here's my problemo... The company I work for purchased an upgrade of Retrospect from 4.3 --> 5.0 the other day. I downloaded the software (disc will be following in mail). I installed it on a computer running OS 9.1. It is only recognizing 2 clients. We purchased an 3 client upgrades, but it's not recognizing them and the old #'s I have (from 4.3) are not valid with this upgrade (according to retrospect). What should I do? Do I need to get new codes from Dantz? Since they're (Dantz) moving today and it's a long weekend here I'm hoping to be able to back everyone up tonight without shuffling too many files around. Thanks for any help...
natew
Hi, Chances are those other clients are Appletalk not TCP/IP. I would uninstall the old clients, reboot the computer and then reinstall with the new 5.0 client. Make sure that TCP/IP is set to be always active too.
