natew
Hi, No problems here with SP4 and retro client on my win 2k server machine. Is the server down down or did it reboot? The client itself is pretty basic- using standard TCP/IP. Nate

GarinFrost
Are you getting this message? Assertion failure at "scsitoolspnp.cpp-1583" What version of Retrospect are you running?
natew
Ouch! So you are reinstalling Windows and doing a restore then? The only thing that could cause that kind of a crash would be a SCSI driver conflict or larger system problems. Please advise on the current state of the system and your SCSI device configuration. Thanks Nate
