stratton Posted June 2, 2003 Report Share Posted June 2, 2003 I recently upgraded our enterprise to 6.5. So far so good. I had been using Remote Desktop/Terminal Services to run and monitor all backups. So far so good. Then I upgraded my servers to Windows 2003. NOW when I try to run my 6.5 in Terminal Services/Remote Desktop, the application windows are blank or black. WOrks fine in native mode... but not in Terminal Server. Any bright ideas? stratton Posted June 2, 2003 Author Report Share Posted June 2, 2003 Yes... althouth it appears that feature is more to allow the software to start up in that mode and use the defined TS profile (if logged in).
