Guest
Retrospect Remote 4.3 is reporting errors on backing up or copying a file over the network that is 2.4 GB in size. (backing up to a Mac file on the host machine) Is there a file size limit on Retrospect? If so, can Retrospect break the file up somehow?
Mayoff
Retrospect 4.3 can not copy a file that is larger then 2 gig in size. This limit is lifted in Retrospect 5.0 (not yet released) for Macintosh.
dzyner2
When will the update be available? This update will be free I hope?? I have not discovered whether this error occurs due to a single file greater than 2 gig, or multiple files totaling more than 2 gig. I get this error from more than one client and it seems to be the collective sum, not the single file causing the error.
